Deposits
Any Deposits paid on a puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The purpose of a deposit is to hold a puppy for the new owner till puppy is paid in full at 8 weeks old. This benefits both Buyer and Seller.
- I do not accept deposits until pups are born or on future litters.
- Once a deposit is placed on agreed puppy, it is non-refundable unless something happens with the puppy. (Death, Medical Problem, Health Issue)
- I will not return Deposit because you decide to not get said puppy. You can transfer Deposit onto another puppy in same litter if still for sale.
- Deposit holds puppy till 8 weeks old.
- At 8weeks puppy has to be paid in full, Unless written agreement is made, at which time puppy goes back up for sale and deposit is not refunded.
- If no contact is made by Buyer by 8 weeks old to come pick up puppy, Puppy is placed back for sale and Buyer forfeits all payments made on puppy. (Please contact me BEFORE puppies 8 week birthday to get any payments paid returned, Deposit not returned.)
- If for some reason you cant get puppy. Just tell me. I would rather find a new home than not know or send to a home not fully ready for a puppy. Thank you.
- NOT all puppies are ready to leave at 8 weeks. They have to be paid but may remain here with us till ready to go to their new home. Each puppies new owner will get more information as time goes on when puppy should be ready to leave.
- I wont push my puppies out before ready.
